We ordered the calamari appetizer, which was tasty, it was calamari sticks versus rings and tentacles. The cocktail and wine list is nice with a couple of French wines by the glass . My husband had a Caesar salad and I had the spinach salad and both were fresh and tasty. My husband had the gnocchi (I think the menu should specify that they are ricotta versus potato) and I had the trout. The trout was fresh, but overpowered by the bed of creamed corn that it was served on. It was stuffed with crab and overall too rich and too much creamy going on. We ordered the apple spice cake for dessert and it was dry and the little apple chunks that were served with it were somewhat flavorless. The ice cream was good. Overall, it was OK, but disappointing given the great recommendation from a friend. We were also seated right next to the bar, which was not crowded, but not the ambience we were looking for.

This was our first visit to the vintage house. A very beautiful house for sure. We were welcomed into the house with very nice people. Our waitress offered a glass of proseco to celebrate our anniversary, date night and birthday! The food was delicious! , we definitely will be back! Thank you Sharon & Chris Millard

Awesome food, awesome service, and a beautiful restaurant and atmosphere. I had a perfectly cooked ribeye and my wife had a scrumptious pan roasted chicken. Caesar salad with grilled shrimp was mind blowing, and the appetizers of calamari and yeast rolls were perfection! Highly recommend and will definitely revisit.

If you do not have food sensitivity or allergies, this is a beautiful spot for a date night, dinner with clients, or just a great meal. My salad had cheese, despite requesting it not be included. My appetizer had cheese on it, despite requesting it not be included. I sent back one drink that was unacceptable and 2 appetizers were sent back. I always try to say positive aspects about a restaurant. This space is absolutely beautiful and they are very good at making you feel at home. The chef went out of his way to make a special dessert for me, which I greatly appreciated. I would give them another opportunity, but only if someone from the kitdhen staff would come speak with me about food allergies. The restaurant appears, based on our experience, to have a breakdown in communication between the wait staff and the kitchen.

We have eaten at this restaurant many times (Under the previous owners). We were not happy with our last visit on November 9th. I ordered Escargot and it tasted like soup in a bowl. No garlic or butter. Trout was just Ok. They sat us in the bar at the first table by the window……as it grew dark we had ABSOLUTELY no light over that table. Not impressed and will not be returning.
