   Wonderful evening with family before a show at the Palladium. The food was very good and the seasonal specials were amazing.

   We dined in a seasonal chalet so the noise level was private. The experience was wonderful. Two heaters kept the space just the right warmth. Olivia offered great recommendations, particularly for wine. Highly recommend.

   Great brunch menu. Wonderful service. Wish they had a more extensive brunch cocktail menu but everything was superb!

   We did not share our concerns in the restaurant but it was horrible. The waiter came to our table to fill waters THREE times before I asked if he was our waiter. Yes in fact he was and then offered us coffee. Finally took our order and didn’t write anything down. Came back 15 minutes later to clarify order. Finally after an hour and 15 minutes we received our food. Cold. Out of our party of 4 no one fished our food. Bacon was gray. Eggs were cold. Bad experience for a very nice establishment and great hotel. It’s very apparent that they are understaffed and those that do work there are inexperienced.

   My steak was not done the way I asked(too rare) and my husband’s was over done. There was a miscommunication about the type of bourbon in my husbands old fashioned. When he questioned the waitress she just assumed he would want the one she chose. She offered to take it back my husband declined. She had an attitude with us after that.

   It is a very nicely appointed space with soft lighting and elegant decor. You can’t beat the location if attending an event at The Palladium. The person manning the front desk was welcoming but a little frazzled as many tables were arriving at 6:15 or so in order to make it to a Palladium show at 8 pm. Our waitress was lovely and indeed inquired if we were going to the show. Our drinks and appetizer arrived promptly but half an hour after ordering we were to,d that one entree was unavailable. So we ordered an alternative. We did not receive the meal for another half an hour leaving precious little time to enjoy it. The manager did apologize and took a discount from our bill without us having made a complaint. The food was delicious and staff were very friendly. Not sure if they were short staffed in the kitchen that evening. Will give it another try, but once more only too see if there is improvement. For the price point, everything needs to be flawless,

    We had a lovely evening at Vivante. Our server was excellent. The food was delicious. The location is perfect for a show at the palladium. The menu is tight, which is great. A smaller selection and everything was cooked to perfection. Compliments to the chef & kitchen staff!!
