Friendly local neighbourhood restaurant with fun and festive vibe. Staff very friendly, food came out quickly and it was pretty good. It’s burritos, nachos and enchiladas - so hard to go wrong. Recommend for a casual dinner and good value.

Review written by wife. The overall experience was good, the starters were great however there were a few things that let it down. 1) It took a while for our food to come out. 2) The drinks we ordered came out in dribs and drabs. At one point a drink for our table was given to another table. Also, we then got the same drink twice. There seemed to be a lack of communication between the waiters. 3) The food was nice, however, my husband ordered his steak and lamb to be medium well but when it came it was practically raw. He wasn’t even able to cut into it. The waitress was nice enough to take it back and have it cooked a bit more. 4) My parents food was way too salty - we’re a family who like salt so for us to say it was too salty is really something. The waitress was nice enough to take it back and when it came out it was much better. 5) I had the prawn curry which was nice, it said it was a coconut lime curry however all you could taste was lime which I didn’t mind so much but after a while it was a bit sharp. 6) We called the waitress over again as my sister had ordered taco’s but she didn’t want them anymore, however when we called over the waitress she made it very clear that she was fed up/tired of having to come over to our table. She sighed before speaking and her body language clearly showed she didn’t want to be there. 7) The cocktails seemed as though they had been watered down. I got the bramble and when it came it just tasted of soda water which wasn’t great and so did my sisters cocktail. With adjustments to attitudes and service, it could be a really great place.

Had a lunch time booking on a Saturday, first and only people there. Nicely decorated but had a stale smell in the place. Limited gluten free choice, had chicken curry. Chicken seemed very processed and had an artificial, chewy texture, so couldn’t eat it; shame as the curry taste was ok and presentation.

Turned up on time with a reservation 3 hours prior to a concert in the stadium, people queuing out of the door, 2 people working, 1 behind the bar and 1 Waiting, an angry mood throughout. While the bar lady ignored us the other diners were telling us horror stories of how they had been waiting 2 hours and only just received there starter and others had waited and hour to place their order. We left with many others while never having been acknowledged. Knowing there was a concert on and it was booked out surely you would put enough staff on to cope or at least have the decency to let customers know they were under staffed and waits were going to be ridiculous. Wont be going back for a 2nd attempt

Waiting staff were polite and friendly but Felt a bit rushed to move on to next courses, etc. no excuse really as the restaurant wasn’t busy. Starter of ‘Latin bread’ was inedible, dry, stale and hard. Fajitas looked lovely, but were lacking any kind of spice or flavour- also incredibly oily. Accompanying dips were bland. Hubby had calamari to start which was completely dry ?( looked reheated)… Puddings- didn’t have my first choice, had the churros, batter was uncooked in middle giving a strange taste. On plus side, nice cocktails. Front of house was a nice chap, but he was stressed and we could hear him complaining as we were sat by the bar. All in all, disappointed as the website promised so much more…

Everything was really good except for one of the lamb ‘cutlets’ with my mixed grill main. I don’t know what cut it was but it was not a cutlet and more a lump of fat and sinew that was even less palatable as it arrived raw to medium. That bit was my fault as I didn’t qualify what I wanted ‘medium’ to apply to. Other than that it was a very enjoyable experience.
