   I am a frequent flyer and huge fan of this neighbourhood resto. They have so many Legendary dishes and features. With a new celebrity chef from proven pedigree, their food takes you places you always dreamed of going. I recently had the short rib twice this week. It was rich and majestic. Memorable and favourable. All that for Under $40. Their Cod interpretation is another celebration, that is further enhanced by an italian Chardonnay. Extremely well done. Request a window seat, but hit their lounge and bar first for some Calamari Fritti and a cocktail. Always courteous and outstanding service. Award winning hand crafted pizza and locally made fresh pasta. Book ahead.

   Amazing experience!! We went for dinner with our 2 young kids (3yo & 6yo) and had a great time! Plenty of space for when the kids got a little restless, and the waiter knew to bring their food out at a faster pace. Started with a Calamari, Burrata & Croquettes, we loved them all. The croquette was the surprise hit of the starters, nice & crispy with a very tasty inside, the crispy prosciutto on top was so good. We had a couple pizzas and the short rib, all of which we loved. The Vivo pizza had a nice spicy bite to it, and the pepperoni pizza had tons of pepperoni and gooey cheese which the kids loved. The short rib was a special, and was so good. Some sort of sweet glaze, and velvety mashed potatoes! Dessert was a brownie which the kids loved, we also had the espresso and ice cream which was a great way to finish off the meal. 100% we'll be coming back!!

   The value for the a tasting menu was great! However, we found the service to be not great. Some of the menu items had different ingredients then what was listed on the tasting menu. I have peanut allergy and I asked for one item to be adjusted without nuts, they offered to make me a steak instead (which was nice) However they did not give my wife the original menu item, which she wanted because she does not have a nut allergy, just me. Our server was apologetic for the errors but it did not make for an overall great experience

   We are at Vivo Bloor on Valentine’s Night. It was a set menu with a six course taste test. Everything was delicious and the drinks were amazing. The best espresso martini I’ve ever tasted. My favourite dish was the pasta. It was super fresh and light, and you could tell they used high quality ingredients based on how the pomodoro sauce tasted. They served a Carpaccio di Zucca and it was divine. Every course after that was outstanding. Would definitely go back.

   From being seated right to the end, the service was incredible. Served with the respect and care! And the food is just amazing. The new menu is a must try! Head to Vivo on Bloor st for your next meal/occasion! I’ll be back there very soon.

   Exceeded all my expectations. A modern but a cozy vibe with an open kitchen. Everything we ate and drank was amazing. Prosciutto Croquettes, Veal Ragu, Margherita pizza were my favourites. The steak tartar was the prettiest thing I've ever eaten, almost too pretty to eat - but eat it, its amazing. Could not recommend this place more.

    Would give 6/5 stars if I could. The new menu is AMAZING! Everything we tasted was delicious, full of unique flavours and the presentation was unreal. Would definitely recommend for an upscale Italian dining experience. We loved the steak tartare, calamari, margarita pizza, shrimp and the ragu pasta! Also, the espresso martini was perfection.
