   An incredible view; modern and slick ambience; excellent service and food! We chose Volare for the view of the mountains and found that there is seating for the sunset as well. Can't wait for warmer weather to sit outside on the deck. The service was excellent with a couple of staff helping figure out gluten free options. We had the bacon wrapped dates, flatbread pizza, tomato bisque, and charcuterie board and everything was outstanding. The drinks were pretty and delicious - we had the lavender mojito, desert oasis (little spicy fun), and prickly pear margarita. Will definitely be back!

   Amazing experience. Beautiful views, delicious cocktails, and the fires kept us toasty after the sun set. Xavier made sure our drinks stayed full and accommodated all of our requests.

   Never had a chance to order real food. Our waitress was horrible. She only gave us 1 menu and disappeared for a long time. We order a charcuterie board and it never showed up. She appeared to be drunk, or at least smelled like alcohol. It was so bad we had to get up and leave after 30 minutes of waiting for a simple charcuterie board.

   Horrible. My husband and I made reservations and when we got there, they were closed. Our reservation was at 10 and they didn't close til 11 or 12. No warning. The guy at the front desk did not even know they were closed. He told us to head on up and we come to find out we couldn't even get up to the top floor because they were closed. They couldn't even communicate that to the front desk employee. Waste of my time and ruined our plans with no warning at all.

   This was out first time and wanted to visit someplace different. Unfortunately it was cold, winter time and all, so sitting outside was not an option. But the outside with the table fire pits and amazing view would have been great. Definitely going back in warmer weather. For a Friday night it was pretty quiet and more people were at the bar than tables which worked out. The food was fine, a sort of fancy bar food situation moderately priced and normal for the type of place. Drinks were not cheap, but pretty typical again. The ambiance was very pleasant, upscale and modern without being harsh or noisy. A great place for a date or just relaxing evening out or small party.

   When we arrived, it looked like they were in the middle of preparing for an event. Setup was not impressive. We were sat in an area that looked more like an entry way. No one seemed too concerned about us, waited about 15 min. The menu was very sparse and prices were insane! We got up and left before anyone visited our table.

   Very pleasantly surprised. Went for our Anniversary dinner. We expected more of a restaurant but this a bar with a food menu. Great service, great drinks, and food was outstanding (except the smores were pre-made so not great and not having the banana dessert available was disappointing) and a super fun patio with fires.

   Wonderful staff, service, and food quality. I rented one of the patio spaces, and all my guests loved the views and atmosphere. Will definitely be returning with family and friends.
