The welcome to the restaurant was very weak; the lady at the front reception was too busy chit-chatting to friends to take us to the lift up to the restaurant; so, we ended up at level 46 and luckily there was someone working there to help us to get back down. She had an argument with us that we caught the wrong lift (hardly our fault). When we finally got to the restaurant, I mentioned it to Hugo at the door to try to assist it from happening again to others and, instead of saying sorry to us, he too argued with us and was incredibly rude; if I was not with a VIP client (who was aghast over it), I would have walked out immediately and lost the deposit. So, that’s 2 staff who should not work at your restaurant. I felt so angry that it spoilt the rest of my lunch.
