    The food, the staff, the location…..all great! The calamari was fantastic. The ambience was warm and nice. The wait staff was on point and friendly. I recommend making reservations. We will definitely be back!

    We have dined here several times in the last couple years. The food has always been excellent. Great tomato sauce on pizza. Dirty martini. Risotto was incredible. Unfortunately the service was below average. Menus were never taken off the table. No water refills. Plates were never cleared until another course came and then we were forced to gather all the dirty plates as there was no clear place on the table. Clearing plates for 4 courses is not my job when dining. This is not the 1st time or the 2nd time this has happened. Not sure if we will return.

    My husband and I ate at their beautiful bar- a marble top that is lit from below. We had our favorite caprese with pesto sauce- it was delicious! My husband had a very good pepperoni pizza and I had the pork saltimbocca. The pork was the only dish I’ve had there that I wouldn’t order again, but that’s only because I’m not a fan of a spice they used. The service at the bar was great, and everyone who attended us was very friendly.

    We arrived on time and the restaurant was completely closed . No prior notice from open table or the restaurant. Very disappointed.

    Vulcania offers a creative decor with a long list of tantalizing starters and entrees. The best pizza and pastas in Mammoth. A beautiful bar with well executed cocktails. Attentive service. Well priced. This is a restaurant you will keep coming back to.

    The food was amazing as usual and our server was wonderful. It is our go to place to eat every time we are in Mammoth.

    This is a fun and creative take on Americana Italian, the presentation is fun and the service staff was very knowledgeable about the menu…..Sam was fantastic and his recommendations were terrific. We brought our own wine, the corkage was very reasonable. This was a fun experience, if you are expecting traditional/regional Italian be prepared for something new. This menu is meant to challenge your tastebuds in a very good way. Enjoy!!
