   Waldo’s is a constant during our annual trips to Palm Desert. The hot fresh bread, butter and cheese are unparalleled. We’ve only made a start on the extensive menu. Service is as exemplary as the cuisine.

   My halibut was very dry, mashed potatoes also, old fashioned watered down. Pasta good, salad good, desert good. Service great.

   Lovely evening at Waldo's. We had a patio table on a beautiful Desert evening. Service was attentive, well-paced and dinner was great. We have been to Waldo's several times and it is consistently good.

   We visited Waldo's for the first time in March 2025. It was busy and lively. The service was excellent. The food was very good and authentic Italian. We liked the variety of the menu. It's not necessarily gourmet Italian cuisine, but certainly was served hot, tasty and satisfying.

    Everyone was extremely polite. Food was good. Drinks were great. A little slow on service. I can’t wait to return in the summer when it’s less busy.
