   Almarie is a great server. Patient and attentive, she steered us to the Walleye poboy. Bun was warm, fish was crispy outside and flaky inside, and pickles and onions were a great compliment.

   Brought appetizer with main course Served French onion soup without the described bread and cheese on top. Seemed aggravated when I asked about it. Then, when they “fixed” it, it had unmelted plastic looking cheese on it. Very slow service. Quality of food and cost of food didn’t match.

   Walkers is a fine restaurant. The decor is very pretty, the wait staff is friendly and accommodating and the food is delicious. Prices are reasonable. I felt comfortable eating alone last night and everything was so good that I brought a friend back with me tonight. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

   Nice hotel restaurant. The server was friendly but new. Salmon was nicely prepared and the French onion soup was lovely.

   Food was good, ambience is generic and we didn’t like the little tables that were too close to others in the booth. We requested a booth thinking it would be more private. It was not at all. I could hear the entire conversation of the people next to us. The food was good. The service was goodish. The server could have brought drinks without being asked and had the tiny table cleared more quickly.

   Food was subpar at at best. The fries were good and the kettle chips were good. Drinks were okay. Wait staff was less than enthused. And we were the first ones over there. I'm not sure that he checked on us once and the manager or somebody like that brought our food to us. Had the brisket grilled cheese. It was lacking on the cheese and the brisket was one slab of fat.

   The food was great. Service, not so much. We never saw our waiter again after we ordered. We had to flag down someone to get our bill

   We understand the kitchen and waitstaff were likely very busy with at least two trade shows happening at the Galt House simultaneously, but we unfortunately had a poor experience. Our food took 40 minutes to arrive, and when it did, part of the order was incorrect and the food was cold. Due to time constraints, we could only request the correct order without sending anything back. Consequently, we opted for different restaurants for the remaining mornings of our stay.

    Do not eat here. Worst dining experience in Louisville yet. Food was terrible and service was even worse. Very mismanaged. We almost had to walk out without even paying our check because they were so inattentive. Every table around us was experiencing the same problems.
