An additional wine pairing enhancement will be available. The complete New Year’s Eve menu will be shared leading up to holiday. Please note that only the prix fixe menu will be available for New Year’s Eve dinner, starting at 3:00 p.m.

    We had an amazing experience at the water grill, the service, atmosphere, so beautiful especially with all the tasteful holiday decorations and the entrees were outstanding. Laura was our server and she went above and beyond to make our dining experience fantastic. Made suggestions, informed us about the lobsters and took time with us. My husband ordered the spiny lobster and it was so delicious. The Chilean seabass was a nice portion buttery and delicious as well. We also finished off with the Carmel bread pudding, it was fantastic. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and we will be back the next time we are in Vegas. Make the reservations you won’t be disappointed.

    Water Grill provided my wife and me the best meal we had in Vegas during a week of dining out. The ambience and friendly staff created a warm and relaxing setting. The food - sea bass and scallops - was prepared and plated wonderfully. And the waiter, Jose, was right-on - helpful, not too pushy, efficient. Thank you Jose and the chef/kitchen at Water Grill. Delightful.
