The proposed menu was overly ambitious. There was inadequate professional help to guide 8 novice chefs with the recipes. Some persons handled one recipe while others were asked to help with two or three. Most recipes required lots of ingredients which, although premeasured and put in place for students in the class, if made at home would be an appreciable amount of work for a home cook on a weekday night.

What an amazing time! Sitting in a cooking class, listening to a world-class dietitian share details of the meal and the team preps and serves. A+ experience every time. You'll never know that your delicious food is also good for you!

Our pre-planned birthday treat didn't happen. Need to pay more attention to water glasses or have water readily available.
