Restaurateur Pamela Briere owns a restaurant and a catering company in Omaha, Nebraska and says she's been thinking of the Parker gastropub concept since she moved to the town more than a year ago. We love to serve people! West Main Taproom + Grill, our newest concept, brings a unique Colorado theme through and through. 54 Colorado Tap Beers to represent the 54 14er Colorado Peaks, a single source of beautiful Colorado Wines, Spirits and an Urban Cuisine Menu with a Colorado flair.

Our mission will begin with our sourcing practices, but will hardly end there! We promise to inspire your dining experience with remarkable hospitality in a polished, rustic, contemporary atmosphere designed to invite and excite in equal measure.

                        My husband and I shared the Parker omelet and carrot cake muffin. The omelet was delicious and with potatoes was plenty of food. The carrot cake muffin with cream cheese frosting is one of the best I have ever had. Our waiter Alan was friendly and attentive. Will go back soon

                        Food was top notch and the snowmass sour cocktail is amazing! Had a great time with friends. Took a long time to get our drinks served. Other than that service was great.

                        We had reservations for 2 to celebrate a birthday dinner. Technically we wouldn’t have needed reservations because it was a Monday night and not busy… we were seated by the hostess and sat at the table for at least 15 minutes without a greeting or anyone taking a drink order, in spite of several employees passing by and making eye contact with us. We decided to go somewhere else and on our way out, thought we would interrupt the hostess playing on her phone and mention why we were leaving… she just kind of just shrugged and said, sorry. Glad we left but wish we would have had a chance to try the food. Not sure if we’ll give it another chance or not if that’s how it is when they’re not busy.

                        As always, the restaurant was very crowded and very noisy. To call the noise level "energetic" is a euphemism for overly loud. But that's not the restaurant's fault. People just talk too loud in public places these days. The food is always reliably good, and this was no exception. Our server, Susie, did the best that she could, considering that West Main is almost always understaffed. The bar was extraordinarily slow, again, most likely due to understaffing. But whatcha gonna do when people don't want to work? I will continue to go back to West Main, despite some of its issues, just because I love their menu, and I can count on the food every time to be what I expect!
