Restaurateur Pamela Briere owns a restaurant and a catering company in Omaha, Nebraska and says she's been thinking of the Parker gastropub concept since she moved to the town more than a year ago. We love to serve people! West Main Taproom + Grill, our newest concept, brings a unique Colorado theme through and through. 54 Colorado Tap Beers to represent the 54 14er Colorado Peaks, a single source of beautiful Colorado Wines, Spirits and an Urban Cuisine Menu with a Colorado flair.

Our mission will begin with our sourcing practices, but will hardly end there! We promise to inspire your dining experience with remarkable hospitality in a polished, rustic, contemporary atmosphere designed to invite and excite in equal measure.

Food is great. Lots of gluten free options. Prices are a little high for some things but you get a good amount of food. Service is always great. Friendly staff. Great place.

The brisket tacos and wedge salad were delicious. Service was great. Pricey but good food. Good number of TVs for games and great liquor list. It is loud so conversation is difficult sometimes. Great place for a nice night out.

We went for drinks and apps at 4”00 and the parking was easy and the experience was pleasant. But by dinnertime, it is usually impossible to find a parking spot and the noise level is really high.

Love this menu so much - I am gluten free but my non gluten free family members love it too. Fried chicken, buffalo chicken salad, crab cakes, and buffalo chicken sandwich were great. It was pretty busy on a Friday night so had to wait for initial service but our server was good.
