   They overcooked my steak. I asked for a medium rare steak and got a well done steak.

   The food was phenomenal, but that was the only thing. Went on a Saturday night and honestly, felt like we got sat in a corner and forgotten about. The music was loud, the atmosphere was equally loud, to the point where half of my conversations with my wife were us saying “huh?” back and forth to each other. Like I said, the food was phenomenal, but the service and the vibe of the restaurant totally killed the experience for us. Won’t be coming back.

   Didn’t have the greatest experience. Noticed multiple servers and bartender going in and out of bathroom with apron on while on the shift. Told manager our feedback about what we witnessed and seems like he dismissed our concerns for other people’s health. Very unhygienic. Our server Gabriela on the other hand was amazing

   We went to West Texas Chophouse for my birthday and unfortunately my son ended up getting sick before we got our food. However the staff was absolutely incredible in a very unfortunate situation and was able to pack up our dinner to go and even included a piece of cake. We were really grateful with how they handled the situation. The food was also great, even at home!
