A quality and relaxing environment, overlooking the golf course at Newcastle-U-Lyme Golf Club.

Located in north Staffordshire we are just a short drive from the M6 at Junctions 15. The building and décor are charming and rustic, with elegant modern touches. Our outdoor Terrace is very popular with some wonderful view.

A daily menu, all freshly prepared in the kitchen, includes fresh fish, pies, steaks and chef's daily specials with main course prices ranging from £9.50 - £25.50. As all dishes are prepared in the pub kitchen, they are able to cater for most dietary needs.

    Welcome poor, barrier down on car park, place was a shambles as they were setting it up for a charity event the following day. No where to sit for a drink and our table was nor prepared despite reserving in advance. Service was intermittent. Most importantly the food was VERY nice.

    Lovely food, beautifully cooked and presented, and served by attentive but appropriate staff. Highly recommended.

    Service good, enjoyable meal, prawn avocado came without avocado and dauphinois potatoes were slightly undercooked and not enough cream in them, but overall an enjoyable experience, would come again.

    Had breakfast here, both meat and vegetarian. Cooked fresh, big pot of tea and service was very good by the staff. Only negative was they didn't seem to be aware that we were coming despite booking online.

    The food, service, ambiance were outstanding. The staff were very friendly and professional. We will definitely be going back to dine soon.
