I didn’t have a good experience. The OpenTable reservation was not accepted. It was very busy and we had to argue to get the table. Very noisy place , and a lot of people. The food was ok.

Food was good. Service was outstanding. Our waiter was very personable and came by often to refill coffee. He made our lunch an absolute pleasure.

We enjoy what a Bagel! We love carry out salads and eat in menu. Only thing lacking is the coffee. Tooo weak! It’s like drinking water with coffee flavour. Please try and make it a bit stronger. Otherwise very enjoyable experience.

The experience was great as always however I would not bother with a reservation any longer. We made one this time but when we got there we were told by staff that we had to wait just like everyone else and that it didn't matter if we made a reservation. we ended up waiting half an hour for a table. I guess now that the pandemic restrictions are easing this place doesn't care about reservations. Why do they still bother being part of Open Table is beyond me.

I found a piece of hard plastic that looked like it was from a plastic cup in my salad. Very disappointing lunch.Terrible service.Had to ask 4 times for more coffee

We enjoy What A Bagel. The service is friendly and professional and the food is delicious. As the restaurant was not full, the noise level was manageable. It’s a popular spot so when times are back to (a new) normal the noise level will be much higher. It would be great if a way could be found to lower it at that time.
