   Well it started with my Miami Vice being 1/2 melted and tasted like all strawberry syrup. The food wasn’t much better, the ribs were fat and greasy, not much BBQ sauce. The waitress was non-existent, didn’t seem to notice I wasn’t drinking my unfrozen drink, probably because she left it at the bar too long. Overall I wouldn’t recommend, overrated for sure.

   Overall a good experience. Food was good. Only complaint was service was only saw waitress once after food order was taken and appetizers and dinners came out at same time.

   We made a reservation for a larger party (8) and found that nearly every time slot was open around the evening dinner rush time - which tells me most other groups did not make a reservation, but there appeared to be a few larger groups. Upon arrival /check in we were told that we would be seated in one section inside for drinks and apps and then moved for dinner service outside- no problem - until we didn’t see a waitress for 20 mins. When we did, we ordered drinks and apps - then were introduced to a new waitress whom we had higher hopes for. We then were moved, and didn’t see drinks for 10 more mins apps for 20-30 mins. The remainder of the dinner continued to be the same - continually some of the worst service efforts possible. We watched as the group next to us had our server visit their table several times, while ours had no service. Our table didn’t have silverware and the waitresses’ response was to scour our entire table and point out “I see a fork there”- to accommodate for 8 of us eating. The only time the waitress was polite or attentive was when it was time for the bill to be paid. I gave a long hard thought about something less standard gratuity even as she held the personal checkout device in front of me (but I couldn’t bring myself to do it even on a $300 bill). Atmosphere wise it’s a great place, it’s open and fun, there’s a separate bar hut that looks fun but we didn’t visit with kids in the party. The outdoor deck has a bar pass through and some tables and games, so not bad. The food, the wings honestly some of the best I’ve had. Clam chowder was good as well. The mains were average overall, but nothing at all was a disappointment. The one overall that was glaring was the service, or lack there of. Come to find out our family members had visited the evening prior and would have written this same review verbatim based on their feedback. Has potential, but temper expectations and allot required time for the service to complete your visit.

   Loved being outside. Beautiful night. Drinks were good but took a long time to get them. 2 of the 3 meals could be better. The wings were okay. They were a nice size but way overcooked. The nachos were okay but a few minutes later, they got soggy for all the queso sauce on it. Not much flavor. The wait staff was good but for a busy Thursday night, it seemed like there could have been a few more there.

   Sorry, our expectations were high, but you did not reach it. Waitress was rushing us and was far from personable, food lacked taste. Will not recommend and will not return
