Person serving us was on drugs obviously, had to explain she was sleepy to my kids....we frequently visit this location....after the messed up Valentine's Day experience...we won't be back.

We try to have reservations each year and take our granddaughter. She’s 15 and loves White Castle. It’s all a cute setup. The food was hot. Just a cute, unique experience.

My group of 4 had a blast! The service, ambiance, noise level and regular menu items were wonderful! We did not care for the clam sticks, but we thought it was good of you to offer them along with shrimp nibblers for the season of Lent. One other thought, the organization of the greeting could use improvement. We were unsure if we were allowed to come in to the restaurant a bit before our reservation time or not. Thank you for having the Valentine Dinner once again. Please keep it up.

We had done the Valentine Dinner in the past, and it did not have the same feel as years past. The lights were all on, years past they had a better ambiance, more romantic and that made it fun.

We like celebrating Valentine’s Day at White Castle. This year it was curbside which was not as fun. However, the service was great and the parking lot was decorated. I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed it. Our “waitress “ was really sweet and friendly despite the freezing temperatures.
