This review applies ONLY to the Valentine's Day special run by White Castle, where reservations are required. We were seated immediately when we arrived. This is the fourth year in a row we've chosen to celebrate Valentine's Day at White Castle. The ambiance was not as curated as it had been in past years. No dimmed lights. Not as many decorations for Valentine's Day. And the servers didn't seem as "into it" as they had in previous years. Nevertheless, it was still a great experience and a good value for price paid. We like to flub our noses at Valentine's Day, and White Castle lets my wife and I celebrate without "celebrating." After all, every day should be valentine's day if you're with the one you love.

Service was poor due to lack of servers knowing who had what tables. We got our own drinks after initial drink served. Just seemed like alot of confusion

The Castle requires reservations only on Valentines Day. They have extra ambiance and table service. My wife and I believe every day should be Valentines Day so we snub all the traditions everyone else does on Feb 14 and we go to White Castle. Highly recommended!
