Everything was amazing. Something different and out of the box. This place didn’t disappoint. I would good back in a minute. Think out of the box folks. ♥️♥️♥️♥️

This Vallentine meal was great. It was fun and the decorations were nice. Good music also was a nice touch in the background

Everyone was very nice, and the food I always enjoy sliders. The music was way too loud and not very romantic for Valentine’s Day. The decorations were good, I see other white castles had more on display.

Was okay, COVID played a part why it was not that great this year. Usually Valentines at White Castle is fun and cheesy at the same time. This year they get a past because of what’s going on the the world. Hopefully next year it will be back to normal fun and cheesy ;)

The Door Man and The Manager went ABOVE AND BEYOND . they where friendly. nice the food was hot. the place was BEAUTIFUL they decorated it nicely. the candles. flowers it was very romantic. they even made room for my aunt and her kids to come in as extra's the place deserves 5 stars. and i WILL be making reservations again for next valentines day i hope to get the same crew they where nice friendly and very welcoming

We went for your Valentines Day experience. We had an 8:00 reservation. When we got there, no one was greeting us and no one was serving the tables. After waiting 10 minutes we asked at the counter if someone was working the floor and we were told no. If we wanted food we would have get on the long line at the counter. The woman in front of me had a 7:00 reservation and was still waiting for her food. The whole point of going to White Castle on Valentine days is the fun of pretending it is fine dining. This White Castle was chaos with no-one in control. We left and went to the White Castle were they doing much better and seated us at a table. You need to talk to management at this White Castle and get them to do a much better job on Valentines day of they are going to do it.

Unfortunately, the staff was not prepared at all to do table service. We had 6:00 pm reservations and were there on time. We sat immediately as there were very few people there yet. The server took our orders around 6:20 pm. At 7:15 pm we still had not received our food. We had gone up to the front 2 times to see the issue. Unfortunately, they were serving walk ins who were not eating in so they could get them out, ignoring the patrons who were eating in. They also were serving the drive up windows. We finally got our food, which was all wrong at 7:30pm. We had gone up to get the food as table service was impossible, despite them advertising it would be table service. We ate the food they gave us as we were starving. I don’t really blame the server as she was not a waitress. They should hire waitresses for this day as it would have been better. We still had a good time

I really want to give an amazing review; but don’t want people flocking to it! I need my table(s) for 15!!!! On face value, it sounds like the worst cope out of a Valentines Day ever. But this is my 7th year doing this and it’s a night filled with great laughs with a dozen plus friends. It’s a great night. We all brought our favorite beverages and real glasses. Ordered a lot of food we probably would not eat often (but tastes so good!) the kids could run around a bit (to a socially acceptable level), make some noise and enjoy the night with their parents and Aunts and Uncles. The staff is amazingly wonderful. Everyone knows this is kinda goofy and it really turns into a big laugh fest. Elizabeth, NJ steps up the game and decorated it so well. The staff was constantly asking for our phones so we could all get nice pics; they had as good of a time as we did. Why do a fancy dinner? Save your money and do it any other day. Fancy places suck on holidays. This is fun!!!!! A good cab and a cheese slider is priceless.
