Table service was amazing. The “waitstaff” cleared our table of finished plates and wrappers as we worked through our feast. They were attentive and pleasant which made the experience so much more fun. The tablecloths and chair coverings did me in!! It made the ambiance feel clean, welcoming, and exceptionally cozy of “restaurant quality” versus a fast food joint. Wonderful night and I tell all of our friends about White Castle Valentine’s Day reservations!

“Waiter” was great, ambience was okay. Restaurant was cold but doors were locked and there were no screaming kids so 3/5. Staff was the best and food was yummy and warm.

It was our first time a going for Valentines Day. Our 3 year old loved the decorations. My husband loved the Ed Sheeran playlist. I loved the warmth of the staff. Overall it was a fun and memorable family experience!

We enjoy Valentine's Day at the Castle. The Jamaica location does this so well. Everyone is so gracious, and each year there's always something new and fun, such as props for photos. The GM and staff go above and beyond!

Drunk and high people coming in and messing up the scene. Perhaps lock the doors like they did one year for the event. Other than that great decorations, good food! Love the desert on the house!

My husband was so surprised! We got engaged 25 years ago at the White Castle. Celebrating Valentine's Day with all the bells and whistles at White Castle was the best surprise I could have given him. The staff was wonderful and our waitress/server was attentive and courteous. The manager gave us an unexpected gift of toasting glasses filled with Hershey Kisses. What a way to enjoy this occasion. Thank you for a wonderful evening and great memories for years to come!
