Our order got lost so after over 20 minutes my husband went to the counter to let them know. The manager was very nice and got our order together quickly but it was wrong. After waiting so long and then the kindness of the manager we just ate what was prepared.

Our server was very nice. He was very friendly, fast and accommodating. We had a very nice time and I would recommend them for Valentine's Day. We had red plates and napkins.

We continued our Valentine’s Day tradition despite the pandemic. We were so grateful that White Castle continued the annual Valentine’s Day event. Everyone was so friendly. We will continue to come back year after year.
