   For starters, we were seated for 45 minutes before even getting to order. Meanwhile, we had a bottle of wine to open (it’s BYOB)… it took an hour to even get a corkscrew. Prior to that, we were told they couldn’t find their corkscrew. When they found it, the young waiter (super unfriendly) simply dropped it on the table. Meanwhile, the main course, a lamb tajine arrived after an hour and consisted of the lamb shank and literally a quarter of a potato, cut into two pieces. The menu advertised it as coming with Moroccan bread. However, no bread was brought until AFTER we had finished the lamb. Our appetizer, chicken pastilla, arrived AFTER the main course and arrived cold. We will never return.

   We have not been out in a bit and found this little gem. Food was outstanding and service exceptional. Felt like we were family. I also liked BYOB. Overall cost seemed high but we got a lot and food was worth it.

   Fantastic welcoming atmosphere. Our waiter was very friendly and relaxed. The food was amazing!

   Felt rushed, before even get the order in , we were told that we need to be out by certain time. Waited for 15 mins to get a server serve us. Gave us plastic water bottles and when asked for regular water glasses , we got plastic cups and then when I asked for actual water glasses, we got beer glasses. Food was okay, nothing special. Overpriced place, service is lacking

   I never leave negative reviews, but this is warranted. It’s unfortunate that what started with much excitement quickly turned to disappointment due to a disorganized and distasteful experience. With eagerness I booked a reservation weeks in advance to celebrate my birthday with my lovely girlfriend. When we arrived, it was packed to the brim which is understandable for a highly rated restaurant. We were met by a frazzled and disinterested waiter who said they were full and displayed no interest in trying accommodating us. All hope for a great dining experience immediately disappeared. Once we realized nothing was going to be done about our reservation, I kindly let the waiter know not to worry and that we will cancel the reservation. This was met with indifference and no effort for a resolution or even an apology. We were really looking forward to enjoying a beautiful night celebrating my birthday and instated were left with a disorganized, disinterested, disrespectful experience. To management: Please don’t allow reservations online if you’re unable to accommodate them. If by chance you do, please have staff who can properly handle the situation with professionalism. Disappointed.

   This was my second time here in a month. It’s a lovely little place with authentic Moroccan decor. The food is generally very good and presented beautifully. But I am a vegan and found out after biting into my FELAFEL sandwich that is was full of MEAT. A HUGE NO-NO. How do you get that wrong? Also the wait staff seem to like hiding in the kitchen more than serving customers. I’ll come back but the place needs some attention.

   Had a lovely meal! It was busy but they were kind and kept us informed on any wait. Food was good and especially the chocolate cake for dessert!

    My husband and I dined here with friends-love Moroccan food so thought we’d try. We will not go back. We were seated at a table that was too small for 2 people let alone 4. There were water glasses on the table but we had to ask for water to be served and were given individual bottles of water instead. We asked for an ice bucket for our wine but were told they had no ice. We ended up with a fruit fly in the wine bottle (one of many), the food was mediocre and the service was terrible-the waiter never even cleaned off the dishes when we were finished eating. When the bill came, the waiter presented the total on an electronic device. We asked if we could see an itemized bill-this seemed to be an effort for the waiter. We paid the bill,and left. It was not a pleasant dining experience. I don’t usually write reviews but this one was warranted.
