Wild Blue is a distinguished Whistler fine-dining establishment that is devoted to Pacific Northwest cuisine, sustainable seafood, and locally-sourced ingredients. It is led by an exceptional team of partners: Neil Henderson, an award-winning Restaurant Director; Chef Alex Chen, 'Iron Chef' and recipient of Chef of the Year accolades by Vancouver Magazine; and Jack Evrensel, a distinguished member of the Restaurant Hall of Fame, who also founded and previously operated Toptable Group. Our Executive Chef, Derek Bendig, adds extensive experience and a classic French and European culinary touch to the culinary artistry of Wild Blue.

    Wild Blue was an unexpected amazing restaurant that belongs on every list when you go to Whistler. Everything we ordered from drinks, appetizers, bread to main course and dessert was excellent. We will be back for the wonderful experience!

    My new top restaurant in Whistler nosing out the reigning champ Rimrock Cafe, the excellent wine and whiskey menu compliments any of the great dishes. Can’t wait for them to start their fixe price menu, a great value.

    10 out of 10. Good service good food good atmosphere. If you want class and seafood this is the place! The octopus and sea scallops were next level. Pack with flavor excellent texture and elevated presentation. This place should have a James Beard award
