   We are frequent patrons of The Wild Garlic and thankfully have never experienced this level of poor service in the past. We weren’t able to access the patio because it was being prepped for dinner service which was disappointing because the weather was beautiful. Our server was disappointing in every way imaginable: he made no effort to connect with us but seemed intent on getting our table turned over as quickly as possible. Most of our requests for customizing our orders or preparing or serving the meal as requested were not complied with even though he happily accepted our food orders and requests. We asked that each of the two couples receive a separate check; however, all of the drinks were assigned to our check which was awkward. We ended up covering that expense to avoid making an issue about it. The saving grace was the wonderful quality of the food preparation and the company of our dear friends. Should we return and be seated in this server’s station, we will be asked to be moved to another station.

   Wild Garlic has been our go to celebration restaurant for years. But lately, their food has gotten "fussy" - too many flavors overpowering one another. And the vegetables, at least on our last visit, were mushy. I've never been overly fond of the looong recitation of specials - its hard to remember them all by the time the waiter gets to the end. The cocktails were boring.

   The “hostess” was on her phone when we walked in at 5:30, and continued to stay on her phone as I stared at her as we waited. She said her mgr was in the back. Then she said everyone wants to make New Year’s Eve reservations. Extremely unprofessional . And very uncomfortable.

   Wild Garlic is fantastic. Welcoming the minute you step in the restaurant. Food is exceptional along with the presentation. My new favorite restaurant in Tucson. Our server, Regina was the best. Wonderful way to celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary. Chef Steve knows his craft! Bon Apetite! The Smiths

   We were seated outside with the heater on and the weather was perfect. Jack our waiter was very good and personable. Everyone was pleased with their entree and entire evening.

   We had an outstanding dinner at Wild Garlic Grill. Everything we ordered tasted incredible and the service was good too. Apps: chicken asparagus soup and garlic fries Entrees: rack of lamb with scallops and mashed potatoes; filet with potatoes au gratin

   the food is usually very good and Christmas Eve it was good but not exceptional. Our server was very rushed and left our table before we were done ordering., Plate was so hot it burnt my finger. It was not our best experience there.

   Best steak I’ve ever had. It was Wagyu and it was $95 but it was worth it. We went on Xmas Eve and it was very, very busy. Even still, our plates were beautiful and the food was perfectly cooked. Our waiter Cole was on point and old school. It was stellar. The only negative was the noise - a few noise reduction panels might help.

    Our server was fantastic- very attentive but did not rush us. We all ordered different apps, salads and entrees and the food was excellent. Limoncello cake and New York cheesecake were outstanding. Fresh, tasty and beautifully plated with a dollop of cream and berries. My only suggestion would be regarding the soft shell crab appetizer - there is but one crab atop a lot of delicious greens, seaweed, corn relish etc. ..this is the 4th time I’ve had this dish and it has always has a large bed of Asian tasting goodies but I seem to remember more crabs or a larger crab - this time the single small crab was really ‘lost’. So, I’d prefer more crab and less greens. Despite that, a thoroughly enjoyable dining experience.
