Holding a Michelin-star, Wild Honey St James is recognized for its inspired and distinctive interpretations of modern European cuisine using the finest, freshest seasonal produce Britain has to offer, under the guidance of Executive Head Chef Anthony Demetre.

The restaurant's signature dishes include Crisp chicken with hand-cut macaroni and winter black truffles; Fallow venison, slow cooked celeriac with walnut and cocoa, kumquat marmalade, grand veneur sauce; and Wild honey ice cream.

A comprehensive wine list of 100 bins covers both New and Old-World selections and four ‘on tap’ drinks are available including wines, a homemade Vermouth and a craft beer.

    Really lovely bistro. We had the working lunch last saturday. Just amazing value at £45 for 3 courses. We took the £59 per head which included a glass of champers, coffee and sweets after. The first course of venison ragu with gnocchi. The meat and flavour was intense and moreosh The main was the belly pork with roscoff onion The food was wonderful. Meaty jus and crackling to die for Dessert was a modern interpretation of an apple crumble - not too sweet, not too sharp. Just right

    Loved the Wild Honey before, but fell off the radar when closed so wonderful to get reacquainted. Very impressive venue, good if slightly inconsistent service ( for this level of venue) Otherwise, a great menu with extra breadth, as one would expect. Food was truly excellent, beautifully served, and exquisite combinations. The Scottish Wild Hare Shoulder was superlative, and very many thanks to AD himself for the in depth dish explanations. Would highly recommend, and hope to revisit soon

    This was my first visit to Wild Honey and overall, I was impressed. Our starters were excellent, main courses good (if a little unadventurous) and the deserts were delicious. The wine was interesting and paired well with our food choices. The £9 coffee at the end was unnecessarily expensive, but both it, and the petits fours that came with it, were lovely. The service was friendly and efficient and the environment was great - huge windows, high ceilings and plenty of space.

    One of the best meals that I have had. The food was superb - from the amuse bouche to the petit fours and considering the quality was very good value for money. One outstanding thing was the cheeseboard, not only because of the selection but also because it was included in the price of the deserts - many restaurants would charge a £20 supplement for something comparable.
