   This was our first time at this restaurant as we were visiting from Minnesota. We had an excellent experience at Wildest - from booking on line (a glitch with the on line booking - I booked a specific time, and was contacted by Michael at the restaurant that the time I chose was a actually booked already and offered an earlier time which we confirmed worked for us) to our wonderful server Paige, and the excellent food. We thoroughly enjoyed our appetizers of grilled artichoke and ricotta stuffed squash blossoms, along with our main entrees of grass fed lamb chops and seared duck breast, both were perfectly cooked with very tasty accompaniments and sauces! The Calirosa hibiscus margarita was probably the best margarita I’ve ever had! Our server Paige, was delightful! She was very attentive and took great care of us, as well as other guests around us. The additional staff/servers were also very pleasant 😊 We will definitely visit the Wildest again on our next visit to Palm Desert!

   excellent cocktail and wine by the glass selection outstanding caprese salad, two of us shared one which made it the perfect size excellent poached lobster special average to above average mushroom risotto with shrimp added; could not really taste the mushrooms or truffles in the risotto; perhaps the sauce had not simmered long enough for the flavor to set in live music was at a nice level significant downside was how rushed the service was; server took our order immediately in order to “hold” one of the few remaining lobsters but then our salad arrived before i had a chance to sip my cocktail; entrees arrived while just barely finishing our salads and i didn’t have a chance to order a glass of wine until after my entree arrived; total dinner service from time of being seated to finishing entrees was 40 minutes which was just not enjoyable timing

   I loved the atmosphere, though the tables are fairly close together. The service was good, but a little rushed. Spending that much money, I like to take my time. The food was fabulous, and I’m a vegan. Prices are high, especially on beverages.

   The food is amazing. This is not the first time, nor it will it be the last time we eat here. The service is first rate. This time we had the special fish of the day, the calamari mushrooms, short ribs, beet salad, mushroom ravioli and for desert the cake. All were perfectly prepared and delicious.

   We're from Virginia and this was our first visit to Palm Springs. The menu at Wildest caught our eyes because of its variety. The beet salad and short ribs were two items that we came for. Then our server Paige described the Sea Bass and we had to have that too. We were seated in a perfect spot in the low top section. We overheard some talk nearby about senators so it appeared there were people of some influence in the restaurant. We picked a reasonably priced Cabernet and it was great. The Ahi Tuna Tartare caught our attention and it did not disappoint. Paige even brought us extra plantain chips. The sauce was "drinkable". The short ribs melted in my mouth and the Bass was buttery. Paige was attentive and cheerful but not obtrusive. The atmosphere was classy and the lighting was low and warm. To top it off, a talented guitarist played lively instrumentals in the background. We recommend Wildest without reservation.

   What a fabulous restaurant. I had the cauliflower app and it was divine. The scallops also rocked as did the sea pass. Fresh fresh and flavorful food. Don’t everyone make a res so I have to eat at 4:30 pm!

    Great Food,Great Service,Great Cocktails,Great Wine list and Great Ambiance • if you enjoy Bordeaux wine as much as I do this is the place to go •I can’t think of a single thing they could have done to improve the experience-if you have several evenings to dine in Palm Desert this should be on your list
