Oh, man, where to begin? I guess with service, as Roger (backed up by Trevor and overheaded by Bobby) was the real deal. We were there for "Wagyu Wednesday." (More on that in a minute.) We started with cocktails, both ordering the same martini. Perfect. Just perfect. We ordered the Wagyu pre fixe menu, having Caesar salads to start, the beef and mushrooms and snow peas, then followed with dessert (to go because we ere stuffed!). Everything was perfect. Our steak was cooked to order (medium rare, folks) and the sides were delicious. Even our bread service--which came during the cocktails--was great, with a variety of breads to choose from. The salads were perfectly dressed and delicious. Even the anchovies were mild so they didn't overcome the rest of the salad. The steak had a delicious crust and was perfectly cooked. The mushrooms were delicious and the snow peas were better than we've ever had. We had a bottle of Cabernet from the Rutherford region, and that was served at cellar temperature--and was delicious. But, most of all, we felt like we were a prince and princess with the level of service from beginning to end. Not cloying, just genuinely warm and supportive. We'll be back. (There's a veal parmigiana chop that's just calling me!)

Excellent. Our server, Michael was wonderful & accommodating to our family including our toddler. Beautiful restaurant and delicious food without the drive and hassle of going to the Strip.

We had a great dinner there. Service was excellent. Reasonable steakhouse prices. Delicious wine- many available by the glass. My steak frites was excellent. Hamachi crudo delicious. Pork chop excellent. Gigantic baked potato. Yum.

Rodger was our waiter and he is fantastic. Definitely will request him for our next visit this week on Wednesday.. The ambience is quite beautiful and the noise level was very low. We dine out a great deal and this was fine dining at its best. We had a wonderful time not stuffy but comfortable and incredibly great service and quite elegant. We will definitely be back on a regular basis.

We enjoyed dinner at William B’s last night. The filet mignon and mushrooms were excellent, and the bread service was beautifully presented. However, I was surprised and disappointed to be told I could only try three of the breads on the tray. This felt unnecessarily restrictive and embarrassing. More concerning was the service. The staff member delivering and clearing our plates repeatedly reached over us rather than serving from the side, which was awkward and uncomfortable. We also had to ask for water refills, and when I requested additional bread for my mom, I was met with an eye roll. At this price point, I expect a higher level of professionalism and respect. While the food was truly enjoyable, the staff would benefit greatly from more training in service etiquette.
