We went for Valentine’s Day so we knew it would be a prefix. Some courses were great. Some a miss. Biggest challenge was the menu showed gratuity as being optional. We normally tip 20-25%. Not an issue. The bill came and the waiter had added 22%. We were just a party of two. Completely inappropriate as it contradicted the menu. Truly impacted the night. Again we would have tipped the amount added. It should be our choice - like the menu said. Not good

The Valentine pre-fix selections were very good choices from the regular menu. Our server, Oscar, was as great as ever and served us in a unrushed way, but got us out in time to make it to the theater.

The Valentines Day dinner was delicious, the staff very friendly and attentive! Willie came to our table and greeted us as well.

The Lounge and Restaurant are both excellent venues. They brought champagne to those of us who were waiting because of a private event. Exceptional service once seated.

I typically give Willie's all five stars, but last night was a disappointment. We had to wait a half hour after our reservation time to be seated. (Irony - Willie's only holds reservations for 15 minutes) It took about 40 minutes to get our entrees after ordering. The table service was not up to usual standards. HOWEVER, Margie was great. She did her very best to allay our disappointment and deserves kudos for that effort. Had it not been for her, Willie's would have received a bunch of two stars from me. Thanks, Margie.

We went based on a recommendation from a friend and we were 100% pleased! The service was wonderful. To start with, we REALLY appreciate the generous pours on the glasses of wine…so many restaurants charge high prices for mediocre wines and then pour 5, maybe 6 ounces. So getting a 7 or 8 ounce pour is greatly appreciated. And then the food…we thought it was very fairly priced and the quality was outstanding. From the General Tso cauliflower appetizer to the prime rib and N.Y. Steaks PERFECTLY cooked and absolutely delicious sides to go with them. Cannot wait to tell friends!
