   As longtime locals, we can always count on Willow Street for a great meal, excellent service, and a welcoming atmosphere. The service was attentive, the food delicious, and the prices reasonable. You really can't beat the location. A neighborhood gem that we definitely recommend!

   Reservation was easy. We celebrated my boyfriend's birthday with my two teenaged children. The service was friendly and attentive. The dining room is warm and bright. Food was great, excellent portion size and good value. Nice selection of craft beer. Will definitely come back.

   The food and chefs are excellent. The service was not good, we sat for 15-20 minutes without being asked even if we would like water. Two other tables were serviced prior to us. We were not attended to until asked. Not a good experience with wait staff and this is not the first time.

   Food is always delicious. Our waitress was wonderful! We’ve had her before and she is always friendly and attentive. We bought gift certificates for family and this is our go to restaurant.

   We hadn’t been to Willow Street in a couple years; we used to come more often. The menu has gotten smaller. I didn’t see any seasonal specials like they used to have. No holiday cocktails either. Service was fine, although it did take a long time to get our food once ordered. Food was ok; not as good as in years past. Would like to see the roasted potatoes return that used to come with the salmon….seasonal specials and cocktails, and bring back healthier, GF options.

   Booked our work lunch - the atmosphere was so cozy and decorated for the holidays. We were greeted by our server, Ben who was kind and attentive. We started with the Spinach Dip - Soooo good. The bread was freshly baked to order, the dip was complimented by the whole table. Since we came for lunch, we all decided to order the lunch special. So much food! The salads were fresh, crisp, and cold. I had a pasta while my coworkers ordered mini pizzas. Even though the entrees were lunch sized, we all were stuffed. We had refills upon request, and my coworker loved the Iced Tea. Next time we schedule a work lunch, Willow Street will be in the rotation.

   We were disappointed in the food…edible but not flavorful or exciting. The waiter was very nice, but a bit harried. Wait staff didn’t act like they wanted to be there, with coat still on, ready to get out of the building. Just a little underwhelming experience
