Wink is a longtime favorite, but we hadn’t been in a while. We returned for our 26th wedding anniversary and were reminded why Wink is one of Austin’s absolute gems. Vincent and his service team are impeccable… attentive and knowledgeable but never invasive. And the food is truly outstanding. We had the five-course tasting menu and it was dreamy. Wink made our anniversary dinner more special than we could ever have expected.

Thank you, Mark & all the Wink folks. It was another wonderful evening for us. As usual, the chef tasting dishes and wine pairings were amazing. Every dish was impeccably prepared, imbued with such interesting, delectable flavors. We always appreciate the great care provided by all the staff and the keen attention to details that make dining at Wink so memorable. We’re looking forward to our next visit.

First time in Austin. I was researching restaurants and Wink was noted as a “Hidden Gem.” It is! Our food was scrumptious, the service was excellent and our server was personable and attentive. A cozy size, so not loud as the larger restaurants downtown. I highly recommend Wink. Check the menu to see if it suits your liking. The choices were very much to our liking.

Love the ambience and the location. The service is absolutely spot on. Great wine list. Server was very knowledgable about the wines and his service was excellent. We ordered the sashimi appetizer and it was too fishy to eat. My wife enjoyed her curry cod. I did not enjoy my scallops. Desert was very good. We first went to Wink back in 2001, but we do not go there often. I just wish the food was better. We’d go there all the time if it was.
