   Meat is advertised as top shelf aged beef and priced as such. My wife’s and my cuts were not equivalent to a a Walmart cut. We were greatly disappointed and will not be going back. Over $200 spent and the appetizers were the best part of the meal.

   We had hoped for a great experience based on some of the reviews and the pictures provided on Open Table. However, it was underwhelming at best. Ordered the fried olives and fried goat cheese as appetizers- the food was like warm and very average at best. I also ordered the Smokey Bacon Mule from the bar, something different that I thought might be fun…. It was a complete disappointment, actual bacon in the drink and no alcohol taste. For the main course, we ordered the crusted Brussel Sprouts and the 14oz (or 12oz) ribeye, cooked medium rare. The food came out at one time—as there was an apparent al—cart style menu. The sprouts were like warm, the crusted cheese was hard and looked like it had been sitting for a time before they were served. The steak was ordered with caramelized onions—again, an additional charge. It was VERY undercooked, cool and had no taste. The tables had no salt and pepper , I can only assume there would have been a separate charge for that as well. The prices were ridiculously expensive for the service and quality of the food. If you are looking for an upscale experience, please, come to Huntsville or go to Birmingham. This is an overpriced, lack or quality dining experience that will leave you underwhelmed, hungry with a large dent to your budget.

   Visited for our 25th Anniversary yesterday. Overall the visit was underwhelming. The temperature in the restaurant was uncomfortably cold. The few other diners in the dining room were quite loud. The wait staff was nice but inattentive. The wait before ordering and between our courses (drinks, appetizer, salads, and entrees) was awkwardly long. The charcuterie board was terrific but was missing the honeycomb mentioned in the menu description. The waitress did not come back to check on us for us to mention it was missing. The salads were good but the wedge needed more dressing and salt & pepper... again, the waitress didn't come back for us to ask for some. Meanwhile, our water glasses were empty. Finally, when the entrees were delivered. the Sea Bass was cold and not seasoned. The sides were delivered room temperature at best. Charcuterie Board, Wedge Salad, Burrata Salad, NY Strip, Sea Bass, Blue Cheese Risotto, Brussel Sprouts: just under $200. While I can't pinpoint one specific reason why we won't go back, I'd say if you consider price, ambiance, service and taste, it just doesn't add up. It wasn't special enough.

   Some meals were a bit salty, but overall it was a great dining experience. Holden, our server, was incredible. He was great with his service.

   Happy Hour drinks menu is great as you can get chance to try a flight of beers before picking a favorite

   Service and food delivery was slow and long. Pasta was cold when served as if it had been sitting out for long. Steak was perfectly cooked and good which helped an otherwise poor experience.

   The steak was delicious however not worth the inflated price. I don’t mind paying for great food but when you charge that much the service and ambiance needs to match the price you are charging. The waitress didn’t do anything wrong she just seemed inexperienced for that dining price point. The restaurant itself felt like you were eating in a nice cafeteria not an expensive steakhouse.

    We have been twice now and both times were just OK. The alligator bites were good to try, but won't get again. The wedge salad not cut properly and was literally half of an iceberg head with the outside lettuce leaves on it even. The blue cheese dressing and bacon bits were really good though. The french onion soup was so salty that I only ate a few bites. It would have been really good if less salty (it was the broth as I tried the cheese separately). The truffle fries were fries with no truffle taste. The scallops were really good. So one dish out of 5 was worth the money spent. Other stuff wasn't bad, but wasn't good enough for the price they charge.
