Wolf by Vanderpump at Caesars Republic Lake Tahoe has a full menu that will delight guests with its ingenuity and delicious flavors, featuring reimagined classics, as well as unique and decadent shareable bites. The menu is crafted for every season, using some regionally sourced and inspired ingredients. Designed by Lisa Vanderpump and Nick Alain, Wolf features stunning lighting, bespoke furniture, and epic visual statements. The food is decadent, the cocktails are both earthy and Instagrammable. The entire experience is something we are thrilled to bring to Lake Tahoe.

Loved the food, drinks and service and glad we found a reason to visit the new ceasers republic. A massive upgrade from the dining options at Harvey’s. The only weird part - seating. I made a reservation months in advance. We were seated at a massive circular table for 10 when we were a party of 6 - 4 adults and 2 kids. It was a strange setup where we effectively sitting in a half circle and that made it hard to talk to each other.

All 4 of us were totally satisfied with our drinks and food at Wolf tonight! This was our first time at Wolf and plan to return. The service was outstanding.

The server was slow and inattentive. People orders drink refills or menu items they never received. Either the food quality has gone down or the poor service made the food taste worse. We chose to come here as are annual get together because last year it was amazing. We have decided not to return because the experience was that bad.

Our second time dining here and we enjoyed it as much as our first time. Ordered the tricolor cauliflower for an appetizer plus the warm bread and both were super delicious. Lisa’s lobster cobb salad is to die for and more than enough to share. It’s the best and comes with big chunks of lobster and several large shrimp. The employee who is in charge of water glasses and utensils was so attentive, ready to fill our water glasses as soon as we drank some of it, each and every time he was right there. That was so appreciated. Many times elsewhere you have to wait and wait for water or flag someone down. Will definitely be back again.

We had the cheese bread, crispy cauliflower, goat cheese balls, mac and cheese, shrimp tacos, and chili shrimp pasta. Everything came out hot and fresh. The service was timely spaced between appetizers and mains. The mac and cheese was too cheesy for us so we won't be ordering that again. The crispy cauliflower and goat cheese balls were our favorites. We had a nice time tasting several different dishes. Can't wait to go back again.

Seated near a door to the patio (avoid these), creating drafts and lots of passer-by. Service was slow (first drinks came with our appys). Dinner never came. So we left with only a slight concession by management.
