Tucked away deep in the heart of the former Big George’s appliance warehouse on Ann Arbor’s west side, Suite 103 is a secluded spot hidden away from the stress and hassle of the outside world.

Like a classic speakeasy, you need to know what you’re looking for (and who sent you!) to find Suite 103. To visit us, you’ll need to go to The Wolverine State Brewing Company on West Stadium Blvd. Head into the Brewery Tap Room, proceed to the “Order Here” sign, and tell one of the bartenders “Earl Sent Me.” They’ll know what to do from there.

Nice experience and a nice alternative to the (also good) vibe in the brewery/taproom environment in the main space next door. My cocktail was good and my partner said hers was great, so the house-made spirits must be pretty good. I would like to see them add a little bit to the small plates selection (maybe soup or specials) or else it will get less appealing on return visits. (Our salmon pate and caprese plates were fine and presentation was good). You can get beer from the taproom, but not their food.

First visit. What a nice surprise! My Massacre Old Fashioned was delicious. The service was great. We tried the salmon pate and the meat and cheese assortment. Both were nice accompaniments. We will be back!

Cute cocktail lounge hidden behind brewery. Would hang at either or both while in town again.
