As other reviewers mentioned, the noise level is terrible. There were four of us at a table, and we literally had to shout at each other to be heard. The starters and appetizers were good, but our steaks were served with a cold and dry pop over and the steaks themselves were not flavorful. The creamed spinach was just sautéed spinach - not a bit of cream. We asked the waitress about it and she said it’s made with tofu (??!!). I understand the restaurant has only been open for a couple of weeks, so we’re looking forward to improvements. Service by Allison was friendly and efficient.

Won’t go back. The food was okay: the steak was ordered as medium—came medium well to well. This may have happened if the steak sat for a bit in the kitchen and kept cooking because the popover was ice cold when served. The rigatoni arrabbiata sauce isn’t as good as any from the grocery store—really no flavor. Don’t expect to take home leftovers from the half roasted chicken—it is the size of a quail. The staff needs better training from management—especially regarding the menu. What was good: the pork chop and the Brussels sprouts. WARNING: do not sit at table 41. The ice cold draft forced us to actually eat with our coats on. When discussing with management, his response was “the construction crew didn’t do us well on that.” Absolutely wrong answer. The problem is the wind coming from outside through reception through the large dining room funneled into the smaller dining room. There are options that can be taken that mitigate this wind tunnel from hanging a drape/curtain, a panel, or even a room divider. Blaming “the construction crew” confirmed our decision to not go back.

Ordered the ravioli, tartare, prime rib, sweet potato, rigatoni and creamed spinach. Setting was lovely. Nice restoration/use of space. Prices were fair to geography, but sadly didn’t meet expectations for being so new. Best thing we ate was the tartare. Ravioli was mid - somewhat hard, sauce was good (but I’d eat truffle off a box, so hard to say it was extraordinary). Prime rib was a nice size cut, but barely seasoned. Like nothing and the popovers were meh. This isn’t a hard dish so sad to see it wasn’t that good. Also, nothing to write home about on the sweet potato and creamed spinach with no cream or flavor. I can see why the table next to us was willing to share their last pieces. Pros, staff were nice. The somm was excellent and attentive. $400 later and I feel like it’s the same inconsistent experience I’ve had at several Volt spots. Again, knew what it could be but def expected more coming out of the gate newly opened.

Great overall. Exceptional food and service. Stephanie was a perfect waitress, Chef Brian was the best, took time to talk to us at our table. Planning our next trip back, hope to bring more family with us.

I have dined at all of Chef Bryan’s establishments and this is by far the best of all. The atmosphere is lively, but not loud, I could easily carry on a conversation with my companion. The furnishings and tableware are elegant but not overly done or intimidating. The food is classic Bryan, approachable, perfectly executed with an eye to quality ingredients cooked and served to let those ingredients shine. The service was both friendly and attentive. The oysters were ice cold, sweet, completely cleaned and served with perfect accompaniments. Both the salmon and swordfish were cooked perfectly and the brussel sprouts are something to dream about. My companion and I were both pleasantly surprised at the bill as I would have expected a higher tab for our choices. Well done Chef.

Had drinks and dinner on a Tuesday evening. Everything was top notch. Creative cocktail list and great service at the bar.Dinner was excellent. My wife and I had the ribeye and the Prime Rib. Both delicious. Again service was excellent. Our writer (unfortunately I forget his name because he deserves a shout out) went above and beyond. We had left over Prime Rib and we were staying at the hotel (The Visitation). He had a mini fridge delivered to our room, without our asking,so we could take the leftovers. All in all a great experience. Also a terrific happy hour.
