Danny and his crew excel. The tasting menu was beautifully prepared and presented. I always admire the creativity with indredients and how amazing it is to see it coming to fruition. We also paired the experience with wines. All of them wonderful. It is not our first time and we travel from Miami for this (being myself from the same region of Spain as Danny, I really appreciate how he elevates our food to heavens). Will be back. PS. great meeting new friends while there!

Really a fantastic experience. All the food was delicious. The story told with each dish was so cool. I really enjoyed reading the chef’s notes while eating each course. The whole team was extremely hospitable and being greeted by Chef Lledó was a very nice surprise. However, as other reviews have stated, the final two courses downstairs felt rushed. I was given the check and told to have a nice night in the middle of my final courses. Outside of this it was truly a wonderful dining experience. I will absolutely come back, but I do hope the service for the desert courses is adjusted.

Compared to other DC Michelins I think 3 stars is appropriate. Some very good dishes (especially the Octopus), some that are forgettable. Service upstairs was great, the dessert stage downstairs seemed very rushed. On the higher end of price, which doesn't seem to fit the OK overall experience. I'm glad we tried it as we go through the DC guide but not one I would recommend.

The food was excellent if a bit bland, and the service superb. But the value proposition is conspicuously missing. Why is the same meal that costs $195 the rest of the week upped to $250 on Saturday? And the wine pairing felt like a stingy rip off -- $225, and then the pours are so small you get just a few sips from each glass. Saturday dinner for 2 with wine, 20% service charge and tax totaled close to $1300! I knew this going in and chose to have the experience anyway, and the memory is good overall. But it's simply not worth that price, and I shall not ever return for a second helping.

Thanks for dining with us and sharing your thoughts, we're thrilled you loved the service and food—though let’s be clear, our flavors honor Valencian cuisine and are anything but bland. Saturdays are our peak experience, ft an upgraded Lobster Paella with Beluga Caviar (accounts for price) and the finest ingredients of the week. It’s chef’s grand finale! For wine, we cater to all tastes, with bottles from $100 to $5,000. Pairings focus on quality, not quantity, with legendary producers like Domaine Leflaive and Contador, whose bottles retail +$1,000. Many wine-savvy guests call it a steal. We appreciate your visit! We know we’re not for everyone, but we’ll keep crafting unforgettable nights for those who crave something truly special. Cheers to your culinary adventures! 🍷✨

A very pleasant evening started off poorly after one look at the wine list. The outrageous prices put off our entire group and ruined what otherwise would have been a lovely dinner. We found nothing close to $100, everything was much more. Lots of $1,000 plus wines. We found a delicious Rioja, but at $250 this is 300% markup. Also, for a chef known for paella, what was served was a watery Alicante version with little flavor and no socarrat—explained away by a waiter as being too difficult to serve. Very disappointing. We came, we tasted, we won’t be back.

We appreciate you dining with us and sharing your feedback. While wine pricing is subjective, we do offer $100 selections like Madai Sobre Lías and Mus. Our list is curated to complement our cuisine, prioritizing compatibility over price points. Rioja, for example, requires specific aging and structure to align with our menu, which is why our selections are at a higher tier. A 3-4x markup is standard in fine dining, and we actually trend on the lower side—our 2022 Michelin Sommelier Guide award reflects not just selection but value. As for the paella, we honor its traditions while refining it for a tasting menu. If you were expecting socarrat straight from the pan, our sister concept, El Taller, offers that experience.

What a great and amazing experience. The Chef's Tasting menu was something out of this world and some dishes were out of this world, like the Octopus with Uni and Caviar where the server pour a really tasteful sauce with more Uni and more Caviar. The wines were in perfect accordance with the food and the service was great but not intrusive. Just a perfect evening with a great friend in a wonderful place. We will be back!

The music was fun, the room was nice and intimate. Excellent way to celebrate an anniversary. The paella and the octopus were show stoppers and I absolutely loved all the unique options in their wine pairing.

Wow. This was such an amazing experience. Xiquet is one of the best restaurants I have ever been too. The precision of everything is like a beautiful symphony orchestra. The food and service is top-notch. Chef Danny has a watchful eye on everything and is humble and charming when talking to us. Look forward in coming back. It is completely worth it!
