XO Coffee Company is an absolutely charming coffee/breakfast spot! The decor is lovely, the customer service great and although the food is quite good, we felt it was a bit overpriced. However, I would still recommend it, as my friends and I did have a wonderful experience.

Enjoyed a special event dinner here. The food was great, our hosts friendly and the coffee with dessert was excellent. Go if you get a chance!

Great expectations, unfortunately met with poor level of service. I was disappointed that the staff did not pay attention to detail from specific order details, to dirty table, to no acknowledgement of my reservation, to not removing items NOT ORDERED from my bill. My family and I do not expect to return to Dallas in a while, so I could not accept the nice chef's gesture of a restaurant gift card for the inconvenience.

The food was fantastic, I ordered the sauteed mushroom egg scramble with spinach, Gouda, and potatoes. Absolutely yummy! Good balance of flavors and cooked perfectly. I ordered the lavender latte and it came with latte art on the foam but I do wish there was more lavender flavor, the coffee is strong and slightly bitter which I don't mind but you may want to ask for extra vanilla or sweetness if your not a coffee purest.

Staff friendly and informative regarding beverage and food availability and choices. Courteous treatment by staff and made for a great experience holding a first time meeting with seven others.

XO is a great place to gather with friends to have a relaxed time catching up. There is no rush. You are tended to without interruptions. The food and drinks are unique and presentation is superb!

My family and I will seek out local - one-off - places and this rates as one of those. Very good food, great personable service. I would recommend XO Coffee to all my friends and family.
