   The wait was crazy. We had a reservation & still had to wait an hour and a half for a table. By the time we finally got our table brunch had just ended (3mins ago). Had to explain we’ve been here waiting for our table & 5 kids were wanting brunch. After talking with the Chef they finally agreed. Another hour and a half later we finally got our food. By the time we left it was already dinner time. This was the worst experience we’ve had here. (Been here before) we don’t plan on going back. Reservation was at 1:30pm Sat at 3:03pm Food arrived at 4:35pm

   I will absolutely never dine with xoxo again. I made a reservation a month ago for Mother’s Day. My mom traveled out of town and I was hoping to have a great experience. This place did not prepare at all. All reservations, they added an extra 1 hour -2 hour wait WITH A RESERVATION. Due to my mom having to travel we didn’t even get to enjoy lunch together on Mother’s Day due to this place. Never book here.

   Overbooked and gave us an hour wait in-spite of us having a reservation! Worst experience and service. Will never go back!

   They couldn’t accommodate our reservation because they were totally understaffed. We left without being seated. Had to eat elsewhere.

   Beautiful venue, great for intimate celebrations. Perfect photo opts as well. Service was excellent and efficient. We were visiting from Florida, and we definitely recommend this restaurant.

   I really enjoyed my self. Victor was our host he was super helpful & a fun person to talk to. Jose was so nice & sweet we loved him. The restaurant is beautiful but the food was horrible. But overall we had a great time

    The environment is great. Food could have been warmer. The waitress was great! The way they celebrate birthday's is fantastic! Overall I would come back!
