   A perfect ambiance, and the food we ate was good. The problem was that we went on a date on Christmas Eve, my wife's food arrived too early and mine didn't until she finished hers. We were supposed to enjoy this experience together, and it got kind of ruined. It is a good idea to bring the main courses together or let the party know that it is not possible to serve the dishes at the same time, so we could order accordingly.

   Outstanding food and service at Yamato this Christmas. Happy to see it so busy. The staff are so kind and efficient. 5 stars every time.

   We had a lovely time at Yamato on Saturday. The staff were excellent, very attentive and welcoming. We were celebrating a birthday and they made sure to make it special. The restaurant itself feels inviting and authentic. The food was incredible, we will definitely be visiting again! Best sushi I’ve had - would recommend to anyone that is looking for good quality food :)

   This is an excellent Japanese restaurant that tourist would not chance upon. The sashimi and the yellowtail tune cheek were fantastic. And washed down with cold dry sake

    The staff were so lovely and friendly. The food was fresh and delicious. Amazing sushi! A good selection of vegetarian options. A great place overall. Can’t recommend it highly enough!
