The restaurant is an old house which is quaint. We arrived during happy hour and the cosmo was perfect. The bread and butter were delectable. Split a Caesar salad and the bolognese which was plenty of food. Def rec this place and will return.

I keep hoping for an outstanding experience but after 3 visits, I’m less hopeful. It is always way too hot in the dining room. The sunken, cane-seated chairs need cushions ( I balled up my down jacket to get to a comfortable height ). The mixed drinks are good but ? $21 ?, come on! For the 1st time in 45 years, my wife asked the waitress for salt, for her chicken dish. I’m not a big salt fan, but my bolognese was bland, even though the protein was represented by both pork and wagu beef. My son did love his short rib dinner however - the porcini beschamel was intense and delicious. The highlight of the meal was the garlic focaccia - toasted, tall, moist. I would strongly suggest their breakfast; it is outstanding!
