   We loved this speakeasy and the concept of the bar. If you visit make sure you have room for multiple drinks. We came right after dinner and unfortunately had to cut our experience short because we were so full. The bar is very cute, quiet and was an overall very enjoyable experience. Please develop more mocktails

   Nice experience & the bartenders are super knowledgeable. Worth $85 a head? Eh. For a special occasion, maybe, but I can't imagine returning...

   Fantastic staff and cocktails! The staff were all fun,knowledgeable and accommodating! They remade a drink for me just because I wanted a different cocktail, and they were very pleasant about doing that.Youngblood and Noble Experiment are amazing speakeasies! Youngblood is classy, and Noble Experiment is fun and quirky.They both have excellent drinks,but I did love the drinks at NE.I highly recommend both places!

   This was an incredible experience! The bartenders were absolutely amazing, walking us through the menu and each of our preferences along the way. The creations they came up with were mind-blowing! The tastes and notes on each of the cocktails was unique and elaborate. Will absolutely be going here again!

   I've never flown first class or stayed in a 5-star hotel. But I imagine the experience would still be a level below the service and attention I received at Youngblood.

   So glad to finally have experienced this place! The servers were super friendly and helpful with all our questions. Drinks and the whole atmosphere of the place were amazing. Will definitely be back!

    I haven't even left the establishment yet & I'm telling y'all to get here asap anytime you're in San Diego. This is not a cocktail joint, this is an ~experience~ don't get that twisted. You need time & money if you're coming here. For just me, it was base $85. I guess they just changed their menu up in the last few weeks so before it was all dealer's choice for each course. Now, a little differently. It's a 3 course "meal" but cocktails - so yeah, you should probably Uber depending on how the before & after looks like. First course, you have a selection to choose from. Second choice, is dealer's choice. Third choice, is "dessert" from the 4 that they offer, which honestly all sound delicious. They give you lil sample etc in between each course. Nonetheless, make the reservation beforehand if you appreciate articulately made craft cocktails. They're on North America's Best Bar list for a reason. They know what they're doing here. If you get seated at bar, it's cozy & close with no backs on the seats so just fyi. But you get to see first-hand the talent behind all the drinks. This is a cozy tiny room with a lot going on but it's magnificent. The two main bartenders that I had, Alexandra & Chris, were glorious! For dealer's choice, Chris, took everything I said into account & crafted thee most spectacular sip. For how small the room is, the floor staff were working their tail off (apologies I don't recall their names). All in all, go here for the most noteworthy date night, best solo date you could give yourself, &/or the most solid collection of craft cocktails you'll consume in a sitting.
