Reimagining Desert Ingredients through Innovative European Cuisine with Ukrainian Roots

They had known each other for 15 years, yet only when they crossed paths in a shared kitchen in Dubai did they realise their visions and goals were perfectly aligned. They are Chef Yurii Kovryzhenko and restaurateur Pavlo Moroz. And it was the beginning of a new story. Together, they’ve united to present the culinary world with a unique space centred on re-imagining local ingredients within a neo bistro format with the inspiration from rich experiences gathered around the globe and memories grounded in their Ukrainian heritage.

The restaurant was excellent and quiet. The food, as always, was amazing. This wasn't my first visit, and I will definitely be coming back again.
