Zandunga comenzó en la barra de la cocina, en la sala, el comedor o en el patio, donde la gente llegaba a disfrutar los fines de semana de garnachas y platillos elaborados por Aurora Toledo. En 2002 abrió formalmente sus puertas como restaurante. Hoy en día cuanta con dos restaurantes Zandunga Sabor Istmeño y La Zandunguera donde su compromiso es otorgar a la gastronomía istmeña el lugar que se merece; una de las mejores cocinas del estado de Oaxaca. El patio principal es acogedor, los salones son especiales para momentos inolvidables y la Mezcaleria es una de las mejores selecciones de mezcales de la ciudad

    Très bonne table, les plats sont excellents. Le service est bon mais il mérite d’être amélioré sur un point : la coordination. Il est dommage de recevoir en même temps les cocktails, l’amuse bouche, l’entrée du premier convive et le plat du second convive n’ayant pas commandé d’entrée. La logique voudrait que les plats de même catégorie soient servis en même temps.

    La comida y las bebidas han bajado de nivel, los 5 comensales estuvimos muy inconformes con la calidad de la comida, y del servicio ni hablar, al final el mesero nos dijo que ni nisiquiera le tocaba nueatra mesa y nos dejaron bandonados, tuvimos que pararnos para que nos cobraran, y la mesa llena con todos los platos y vasos por un largo periodo de tiempo. Pedi hblar con el gerente y me dijero que descansó. La hostess nos escuchó pero no pasó de unas pequeñas disculpas.

    Em mesero Alan fue muy malo, nada gentil, desinteresado , sin ganas de proveer buena atencion. Los demas muy bien . La comida, las carnes cocidas con mucho tiempo muy bien preparadas, muy ricas y la salsa, pero un plato servido frio y los acompañamientos de todos frios. Alan se llevo un plato a calentar y lo regreso después que los otros estábamos terminando.

    The food was espectacular, the platano molotes and the estofado istmeno 10/10, have to try the margarita with mezcal ⭐️
