First time at the restaurant. I can see why they charge for no-shows. It’s a small restaurant and we were seated at the bar. The drinks were amazing! The food beyond delicious (we had the mantu and eggplant dip for appetizers, and the bolani and lamb kabobs for dinner). The service was so well paced and informative. I can’t wait to go again!

Food and service is amazing. But inside seating is very congested, making the overall ambience quite noisy. Overall, they made our day very special.

All dishes were absolutely delicious! We had mantu dumplings, Uzbek palaw, and the Silk Road mixed grill platter. The lamb shoulder was amazing! Very tender and full of flavour. The service was excellent! There's also a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available. We'll definitely be back.

This is one of our favourite brunch places. Staff is friendly and attentive, it’s a fun atmosphere and the food and drinks are incredible!!

Best brunch in town. You won't be able to find dishes like the ones they have. It's the perfect fusion of western brunch and Afghan cuisine. If you want an elevated brunch experience, truly no place beats Zarak. You're always welcomed with warmth and given the best service, on top of all the excellent food AND drinks. Seriously, their drinks are incredible. Can't recommend them enough.

The service and food were amazing, but it was the coffee that was a surprise. Excellent in house coffee. A really good brunch experience.

Portions are extremely generous, which is usually great, though it would be helpful if servers mentioned it at the time of ordering. That said, the servers were knowledgeable about the menu and dishes, which was a big plus
