   This has been one of my favorite restaurants for years! The atmosphere is great, the burgers are always good and cooked perfectly, and service is always wonderful.

   New waitress? Longest wait for food in an empty restaurant. Then starters and salads came at the same time as the burgers. The salad must have had a full cup of dressing on it and was inedible. The waitress was sassy and said the kitchen was swamped? We were with children and it got really late. The burger was good, but I'm not planning to go back. PS: It's not the best menu if you want to eat a healthy meal unless you consider a french fries to be your vegetable.

   Cute spot. Waitress was overwhelmed and forgot a few things. Place was busy but not packed. Took an hour for one burger, one chicken bowl and a tuna bowl. Won’t be back.

   2nd time visiting in a month and the service is going downhill like a roller coaster. We made reservations and checked in, they started seating walk-ins ahead of us and we had to tell them again we had reservations. Finally we are seated and order, drinks come fast, appetizers don't come at all. We waited almost 30 minutes for our salads and the waitress never checked on us once. We had to stop her and were told our ticket was next,not wasn't. We waited another 10 minutes and left. Won't be going back, food is overrated and prices are too high. Really better off grabbing IN AND out. Also has this place ever heard of ketchup bottles? You bring over a pound of fries and a thimble of ketchup.

   This place was great when it first opened but it is not nearly what it used to be. We reserved a table for 5 outside but then we were sat inside. I told the hostess we reserved an outdoor table and would like to be outside and she didn’t seem to care too much and said we can’t sit outside. Once seated it took a while for our waitress to come to our table and when she did she never said hello just dropped some waters and left. Once she returned 15 minutes later all she said was what do you guys want to order, took our order and quickly left. Our food arrived about 35 minutes later. Our fries were cold and not good. Like they had been sitting a long time. Burgers were ok. Not great. The Diablo burger was extremely spicy, more than expected. The only time our waiter spoke directly to us was when she dropped the check off. Not a single word other than that. Overall not a great experience. Won’t be going back. At $18-20 here, we can get better burgers and fries for half the price at Shake Shack, In N Out or 5 guys. The value for what you get here is not good.

   Service was slow. Dinner took a long time to be delivered after ordering. When it finally came burger was way undercooked. Very disappointing.

   We sat outside since it was a nice evening. The table was filthy(dirt) and the cushions were stained and also a layer of dust. Our server was pleasant, drinks orders were slow and when asked for a straw it took a good 5 - 10 minutes. We sat down at 5:30 and didn’t receive our food until 6:40. We had tickets to a show I. Mesa at 7:30, Thought we had plenty of time, but we ate very quickly and had to leave. Still missed the first 10 minutes of the show.

    Our server was amazing—friendly, attentive, and provided excellent service throughout the meal. The wings were delicious, and the fries were decent, but the burger was far too greasy for my taste. Unfortunately, the most disappointing part of our experience was the lack of atmosphere control. A large family with several children was seated next to us, and their behavior was disruptive. The kids were running around, yelling, and at one point, a young child even sat next to my wife while we were eating. Despite this, the parents did nothing to manage the situation, making it difficult to enjoy our meal. I understand that dining out is meant to be a relaxing experience for everyone, but restaurants should set basic expectations for behavior to ensure all guests have an enjoyable visit. It would have been appreciated if management had stepped in to address the disturbance or kindly asked the parents to keep their children under control. Overall, the service was excellent, and some of the food was enjoyable, but the disruptive environment significantly detracted from our experience.
