   Disappointed that the Happy Hour menu has been reduced. We liked the original HH menu as it gave us a chance to experience more dishes to share. To the restaurant…we actually spent more money during HH!

   Food was excellent! Service was not great. Our server disappeared for awhile and then we ended up having multiple different people help us at random times. Sat for awhile with empty drinks. We understand servers get busy but it would be nice to be checked in on.

   The artichoke dip and chips were a bit salty. The el diablo burger was good. The fries could be fresher and crispier. The service was very good.

   We have taken our children to Zinburger multiple times. They love the burgers and shakes. I want to like it, but they consistently have poor service. Last time we were there they told us our side order of fries would "be right out". They were subsequently served after our dinner was cleared. We tried Zinburger again last night and we ordered appetizers and burgers. After 30 minutes our burgers came out with no appetizers. We asked the food runner where our apps were- he said he would check with our server who returned asking us if we would like to place an order. When we informed her we ordered appetizers, she said she totally forgot to put them in and asked if we would like her to place the order now. We declined. Additionally, two tables nearby ours sat unoccupied with filthy dishes on them for over 30 minutes, and weren't cleaned. Not sure if this is a hiring or a training issue but it is definitely not as good as it used to be, or as crowded. We won't be back.

   We’ve been fans of ZinBurger for many years, but our most recent experience tonight was terrible. While the food was fine, the service was horrendous- we waited 20 minutes to get our drinks, and after an hour when our appetizers still hadn’t shown up, our server apologised and said she put a rush on it. Ten minutes later, all our food including appetizers shows up. No apologies, no offer to give us a discount - “thanks for your patience “. After being a loyal customer for years, we will re-think going back there.
