   Outstanding service, delicious cuisine and comfortable setting. Every bite was a delight. There were flashing lights in the street due to an emergency vehicle and for half our meal we had to deal with this on our faces since we were seated at a window. No fault of the restaurant but it would have been nice to be offered a different table.

   Our Server got into fight with the chef and it was awful experience being there witnessing that. No one was ready to attend to us and we could hear yelling from the kitchen.

   We met for lunch before going to a Berkeley Rep play which is 3 blocks away. We wound up getting breakfast, avocado toast and two eggs with sausage. Food was good. Service was attentive. The restaurant is in an open area next to the lobby but it can get a little noisy with people leaving the hotel but it's not obnoxious or continuous.

   Pretty good. Nice servers, food is good. Breakfast was an excellent option. Dinner was a little limited on choices. I really liked all the friendly, helpful servers. Dinner too pricey. I had duck pasta and glass of wine. $70.00.

   The service was absolutely impeccable! The servers were so thoughtful, helpful, happy and courteous. They should be training servers in other restaurants, and I am including some with Michelin stars.

   The food was really terrible. Two of our three dishes were described as really bad. Neither of us ate much of it.

   I miss the old Zino. Sorry… I keep coming back and trying, but the food is just not what I would expect for this level of a restaurant. It’s such a beautiful space, but after trying multiple times the lackluster food… I will come back, but probably just for drinks in the bar.

   Zino has improved since a new chef came on board. The menu has greater variety. Our food was excellent, well prepared and attractive in its plating. Our only complaint was that the dessert took so long to arrive that we cancelled the order to get to our concert on time.

    The food was great. The service was a little slow. Overall, the restaurant was nice. The only gripe was that they only had to vegan options and wouldn't convert any vegetarian options. I would go back
