We booked the table for Christmas weeks ago and was told there is a traditional Christmas dinner served. They were 90 minutes late with our reservation and only the regular menu. Very disappointing...

We booked for Xmas day back in August. Arrived at the restaurant for 6.55pm for our reservation at 7pm to be told we had to wait for 45mins for a text to say our table was ready. Eventually sat down at 8pm, no Christmas dinners available. Very poor communication

Had to wait despite booking for an hour. Then told when I asked how much longer, we were already seated. Then waited another 20 .minutes. Server was no where to be seen so we kept going to the bar to get our own drinks. He wasn't happy, but explained we'd come out for a nice evening and if he wouldn't get our drinks, we'd do it ourselves. Food was OK. Fish and chips and steak. Nothing special but not horrible either. Took 20 mins to get the bill, then another 15 while our server went to find a card reader. Gave him 5 dollar tip on a 120 dollar bill. Wouldn't have done 5 dollars but it's expected, so forced to. Maybe as the only thing I didn't do was fetch our meal, I should have demanded a tip from our server. This is not a traditional Irish pub. Maybe like pubs in Dublin. 12 dollars for a lager, complete rip off. This is a ram them in and overcharge them pub. Entertainment was the only good thing.

It was an absolute disgrace for Christmas Day. It was completely overbooked and we had to wait over 1 and half hours for our table. Some people waited two hours. All the manager would offer people was free cancellation and exactly what are you going to do on Christmas Day. Further to this, they ran out of turkey and had no festive menu by the time we got our table. The only reason it is not getting a rating of one is the other staff were lovely and the potato soup was as amazing.

Arrived 10 mins early and was told the wait for a booked table was running 40 minutes behind - was advised to go away and I would be texted when a table was ready, if texting was available I could have been updated that the time on the table had moved. Very irritating- we had planned our Christmas Day around the restaurant timings and actually couldnt wait the 40 minutes they wanted due to another booked event. So we left.

Booked for Christmas dinner at 4.45. Told when we arrived 30 minutes delay this turned out to be an 90 minute wait. Finally got seated to be told no Christmas dinner left and had to order off the main menu. This was completely unacceptable as it is Christmas day you expect.an establishment of this calibre to be able to have enough intelligence to be able to.order enough food to cover all diners who want the Christmas dinner. Ended up with sausage and mash and slow lamb not exactly normal Christmas day fayre and then the sausage was inedible, dry and dense. In fact the best tasting and most enjoyable part of the meal was the soda bread not exactly a ringing endorsement. Service was also poor most of the time server nowhere to be seen, never asked if we wanted desert just wanted us out to get the next lot in. This is my fourth time for Christmas dinner at Raglan road but it will now be my last

Booking system worked really well from the moment I booked my table online to the sitting down to eat. We were originally sat at one of the high tables which my daughter forgot how high she was an fell out of the seat when trying to get down, the staff rectified this by moving us to a lower more suitable height table. We noted that another child younger than my daughter did the same thing, I would recommend that you avoid seating children under 8 at the high tables. The live music and Irish dancers were excellent creating a fantastic atmosphere. Our server was great and was really helpful advising on vegetarian meals as well as the meat options. The food was delicious it was well thought out and prepared with good portion sizes which were incredibly filling. Price was a little high but within what you expect for a restaurant of this quality in a Disney location. thank you for a lovely meal, please don't seat young families at the high tables in future.
