Truly Outstanding all around; food, service, ambiance, view, parking & safety. As a native, I have been to most fine dining restaurants in and around New Orleans, and rate Ralph's as #1. We have not found one that we enjoy more than Ralph's. Ralph's is a local gem, with a local feel, across from City Park and some of the most amazing spanish moss covered live oaks in the city. It's an amazing view from the dining room, day or night. The food is prepared as ordered and is exceptional. The staff is attentive but not overbearing, and truly understand what fine dining means in New Orleans.

Brought a friend for her first trip to New Orleans. Loved being across from City Park and our view. The food was exceptional, including the presentation. Our waitress was great. It was an overall wonderful experience. It was my third or fourth time, and I’ll definitely be back!

My husband and I do dates here all the time! Love the food and we come every Lundi Gras for brunch! The view and atmosphere is the best!

Food is very good. Service can struggle at times, but this seems to be because they are so busy. Shrimp and fried oyster appetizers were great. Steak was very good, but somewhat expensive and the potato and mushroom sides were boring. I was also not thrilled with the table we were given especially after making a reservation and seeing that there were plenty of better ones available, but the view of the park from the dining room is excellent.

We’ve been here frequently without complaint. Disappointed with this experience. Ran out of several things and offered substitutions. Shrimp and grits was a bust. Consistency was very watery. Shrimp were overcooked and drowned in the watery grits. Couldn’t easily cut them and couldn’t dehead or remove the tails without a messy battle. They were chewy and had an unpleasant texture, so most of the dish went uneaten. That’s a first here!! Service was great as usual. Ellen was very pleasant and knew her product.
