We had the best server, Theresa. She was so personable and the staff at Baldamar was top notch. I worked in the restaurant industry for a long time and have eaten at many restaurants whether it’s 3 Michelin stars to James Beard award winning places and Baldamar was up there. The staff made sure the plates were cleared, water was filled, checked on us consistently but very timely and food came out perfect!! The service was exceptional: Greeted, seated, and pampered. There was live sax, waitress danced with the five year old, who danced to every song. Other quests were fun. Best place for Val Day. The service was 10/10 the lady we got was just the sweetest, and the food was surprisingly pretty good for White Castle haha. The place was also decorated super adorably and I loved it. It’s reservation only on Valentine’s Day so we felt extra special. Funny because earlier in the day we had lunch somewhere fancy, and I actually preferred the White Castle experience over the fancy place!
